Use the secured template if you are drafting an agreement where the borrower is going to pledge collateral (as security). The unsecured template should be used if no collateral is needed. Usury Rate – Under Tit. 15 §266, The legal interest rate for the State of Oklahoma is six percent (6%) – unless another rate has been established in writing. It should be noted, that personal loans (from one person to another) have a maximum interest rate of ten percent (10%).
